If you have chosen to manually update your device drivers, make sure to pay close attention to the most commonly made mistakes for downloading & installing Windows device drivers:

  1. 32bit or 64bit? While the vast majority of Windows operating systems are 32bit, many computers made since 2009 are based on 64bit platforms.
